ESTEFANIA AYA

FASHION WITH DIRECTION

I am Estefanía Aya, a fashion manager focused on internal management, strategic analysis, and brand development. I am interested in understanding fashion beyond aesthetics, as a system where creative and business decisions integrate to build identity and purpose.

My aesthetic combines minimalism with techno influences and urban chic culture, with a perspective that connects fashion with music and emotions. For me, fashion is an act of expression and a way to generate authentic connections.

I seek to build and strengthen brands through strategies that unite creativity, analysis, and solid business direction. I believe that fashion needs a profound change, one in which commercial success and ethical commitment can coexist. My purpose is to contribute to a more conscious system, where brands strengthen their identity and their positive impact without losing their integrity.

STREETWEAR ON FREQUENCY

I love music, especially indie, techno, and rap. I am inspired by how it influences mood and the way people project their identity through the way they dress. I am drawn to urban fashion for its authenticity and its ability to reflect collective identity.

I find inspiration in its visual language and in the way it fuses culture, attitude, and functionality, elements that fuel my creative vision. I am interested in exploring how sonic and visual aesthetics intertwine, and how every beat, texture, or urban rhythm can be transformed into a visual narrative.

VISION AND PURPOSE

I am also passionate about research, trend analysis, and understanding how brands solidify their internal management and build robust cultural identities.

Throughout my training, I have developed a wide range of projects: from a men’s tailoring line and a wedding dress to a strategic diagnosis for a sports brand and a marketing analysis for a women’s swimwear label. I have also worked on functional design proposals, such as a women’s dress and a men’s formal suit designed for insulin-dependent individuals. However, the project that best represents me is a line of versatile swimwear designed to be worn as outerwear for raves and techno festivals, where I was able to merge my interests in management, design, and music.

I approach every challenge with critical thinking and resilience. My goal is to become a Brand Manager in the luxury sector and to lead projects that inspire through both their aesthetic vision and their positive impact.
